I've made a few changes to the "Structure" section to tidy up and to reflect the legal structure a bit better. I appreciate that this was based on the "unofficial official" FAQ, but I assumed that it was better to be clear and correct than the same!

One thing that I do feel strongly should be removed, even if the rest all gets reverted, is the statement about the Financial Services Authority saying that aspects of it are unique. Unless they've made a public statement to that effect, it's really not a good idea to reference it.

This is the first time I've edited a wiki, so apologies if I've messed up on etiquette (or the actual editing of it!).

Good work, Dave, though I don't know why you've gone all "anti-definite article" on us. What's wrong with "the Operator" and "the Society"? It might look legally good, but it doesn't flow very well --Eddie B 12:02, 10 January 2008 (PST):

Sorry, force of habit. Opinions differ in law as well - some people use "the Society", others use "Society". I prefer the latter because when you're also talking about individuals it just seems to flow better to say "Will will do x, Bob will do y, Society will do z", but it's just a style preference. I think this page should be more like a mini-portal to a whole set of pages on MyFC.
