Fleetbot

Fleetbot is an Internet bot, which runs certain automated tasks to gather information that Fleet supporters on the web will find of interest. Fleetbot lives in IRC #Ebbsfleeet, and performs a variety of information gathering tasks, primarily to aggregate and make easily searchable football statistics within the Ebbsfleet United Internet Relay Chat, or IRC.

You can ask Fleetbot various questions on the Ebbsfleet IRC, including:

?<name> 

obtains stats and information on specific football players and managers, e.g., if ?Lance Cronin is typed, Fleetbot will gather Cronin's statistics within moments and display them

?team <team name> 

basic info on teams, e.g., typing ?team Ebbsfleet would return information on that club

?weather <town>  

weather reports from around the world, e.g., typing ?weather San Francisco will return a three-day forecast for San Francisco

?profile <MyFC username> 

see the first part of their profile page, e.g, ?profile arithon

?ref <name> 

stats on referees

?search <keyword> 

searches the Internet generally

?search wikipedia <keyword> 

searches Wikipedia for the keyword entered
